LightOntos for Workgroups allows the effective arrangement and collection of information and documents. Users can process and annotate PDF, Word, RTF, Text or HTML files with the help of OntosMiner. Results are stored in a database and can be browsed semantically.LightOntos visualizes annotations or full sets of documents in the form of diagrams. Users can edit these diagrams and analyze them by various tools. Results of the analyzing process can be exported and used in 3rd-party applications. Hence, you can easily generate content of news feeds, generate relevant tags and relate the content of independent documents.

LightOntos for Workgroups is designed as a single user system, based on top of Microsoft’s .NET technology. Underlying databases are Microsoft SQL Servers. Full text search engines like Microsoft SharePoint, Google or Local Indexing Service can be easily integrated by users of LightOntos for Workgroups.
